The Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation announced the opening of Phase 3 Round 1 of retail licensing for the City of Los Angeles for 10:00 a.m. Pacific on Tuesday, September 3. Only storefront retail licenses will be available in this round of licensing.
The City will process applicants on a first-to-file basis, and only the first 75 Tier 1 businesses and 25 Tier 2 businesses who meet all application requirements will be eligible. All applicants should submit their completed and compliant application as soon as the window opens.
